PaintBlock follows environmentally friendly and sustainable painting

environmental impact. Organic, Low and Zero VOC paints are now available
for almost any residential and commercial project.
We use organic, low or no VOC paints where we can, and frequently test
and review the safety data sheets of the materials we use.
If we must
use solvent based primers and other specialty paints we always specify a
lower odor product available.
We are
responsible when for waste disposal not you.
We estimate
the exact amount of paint needed and if there is leftover paint, we
label it for future touch-ups.
Power-Washing
stains off surfaces sometimes eliminates the need for solvent based
primers.
We limit our
use of T.S.P. or similar chemicals. There is usually a good selection of
less harmful and e-friendly cleaners available, that work well.
We use high
quality paints that eliminate the need for multiple coats. Good paints
can be touched-up and spot washed repeatedly, therefore reducing the
frequency of re-painting.
